    • Lobelia (Lobelia inflata) is a herbal remedy which is used for respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia and coughs. Lobelia is used to help clear mucus from the respiratory tract, including the throat, lungs and bronchial tubes. Some people use lobelia as part of a treatment plan for asthma.
    • Peppermint Oil provides effective relief from congestion caused by the common cold and coughs. It contains Menthol which is a natural decongestant and it helps to loosen chest congestion and assists in breaking up cough phlegm.
    • Antioxidants: Vitamins A, C, E & B2 act as antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals by boosting the immune system.

    Cinnamon is known for its many health actions and uses. It has traditionally been used in improving peripheral circulation, or blood flow to your arms and legs, and treating conditions such as diabetes.

    St John’s Wort acts as an anti-Inflammatory Agent. The soothing nature of St. John’s Wort and the rich concentration of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds make it perfect for easing the aching pains of arthritis, in addition to gout, joint discomfort, and muscle aches. Just as it helps ease inflammation on the skin and in the gut, St. John’s Wort also lowers inflammation in the cardiovascular system, thereby helping to lower blood pressure and decrease stress on the heart. Caution: Interacts with many medications.     Buckwheat – The compound rutin, abundant in buckwheat is crucial for maintaining structural integrity and strength of tiny blood capillaries, arteries and veins. Rutin especially improves blood circulation and reduces inflammation in damaged veins.

    Inositol is used for treating blood circulation problems including pain when walking due to poor circulation in the legs; skin changes caused by pooling of the blood in the legs when veins are ineffective in returning blood to the heart; narrowing of the blood vessels leading to cold fingers and toes; and blood flow problems in the brain.
