Dosage and suggested use:
Take 1 tablet daily.
- Zinc is imperative in the development of all sexual characteristics and all phases of the reproductive process in the female from the onset of menstruation, to pregnancy and lactation. Zinc will also aid the absorption of Vitamin B6.
- Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant which is important for the functioning of the endocrine system.
- Calcium, Vitamin D and Magnesium are essential for bone formation and growth. It is imperative that woman supplement their diet with these 3 micro nutrients to ensure against bone loss (osteoporosis/osteopenia).
- Phosphorus is present in every cell in the body and is involved in virtually all body functions. It is essential for pregnant and lactating women to promote growth and foetus formation.
- Beta Carotene is essential for the health of epithelial cell tissue, including mucous areas of the body. It is also an anti-oxidant which helps prevent problems such as cancer of the cervix.
- Ascophyllum Nodosum Seaweed contains all the minerals known to man, thus ensuring optimal micro nutrient uptake.
